List of Documents Required for Admission at KIIT JEE Public School

To ensure a smooth admission process, parents must submit the completed application form along with the following documents. Please note that incomplete forms or missing documents will not be accepted.

Required Documents for Play Group to Grade XI:

📌 Birth Certificate
📌 Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
📌 Passport Size Photos of the Child (5 copies)
📌 Passport Size Photos of Parents (2 copies)
📌 Aadhar Card Copies (for both parents and child)
📌 Progress Report from the previous academic year
📌 Bank Account Details of the Child
📌 Community Certificate (for SC, ST, BC categories)
📌 Transportation Form (if opting for school transport)

Additional Documents for Classes X and XI:

📌 Class IX CBSE Registration Card (for Class X)
📌 Proof of Shifting (affidavit or copy of parent’s job transfer order)
📌 Class X Attested Mark Sheet (for admission to Classes XI & XII)
📌 Migration Certificate
📌 Character Certificate
📌 Class XI CBSE Registration Card (for Class XII)
