Secondary School

Secondary School

As a premier educational institution, our primary goal is to foster the growth of responsible and mindful citizens, capable of thriving in an increasingly independent and global society. To achieve this, we have created an educational environment that challenges students to explore, create, and make informed decisions.

During middle school, our students undergo an extended period of intellectual, aesthetic, physical, and cultural growth. We recognize the crucial role we play in shaping our students into confident, resilient individuals who are ready to face the world.

At KIIT JEE Public School, we employ interdisciplinary teaching methods that encourage students to go beyond the limits of traditional learning. Through peer interactions, presentations, and collaborative activities, we help each student become socially aware and active.

We maintain high standards to facilitate the transition from childhood to adolescence, instilling confidence in our students and ensuring that they believe in their ability to succeed. We emphasize building respectful teacher-learner relationships that value each student’s unique perspective, making them active participants in their education. Simultaneously, we place a strong emphasis on pastoral care, creating a sense of belonging while nurturing independent thinking.

Assessment / Evaluation Rules

At KIIT JEE Public School, we believe assessment and evaluation go beyond just grades. They serve as tools to help learners assess their work and reflect on their learning process. Following CBSE guidelines, we focus on nurturing both scholastic and co-scholastic growth. Our evaluation system takes into account written examinations, oral assessments, class assignments, participation in sports, and overall conduct.

Throughout the academic year, students undergo assessments in two terms to evaluate their progress. At the end of each term, a report card is prepared and discussed with the parents. We conduct two periodic assessment cycles per term, scheduled on Tuesdays according to the scholastic and non-scholastic planners. This process ensures that students develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel academically and personally.
